MBK Center is big — eight floors, hundreds of shops, several escalators. If it's your first time, it's easy to walk in and have no idea which way is up. So here's exactly how to reach us, from wherever you're starting.
We're on the 5th Floor, Zone F, Room B-5, near where the central escalator arrives.
The easiest way: BTS National Stadium
If you're coming from anywhere on the BTS Silom line, this is the simplest route and takes about 5 minutes on foot from the platform:
- Get off at BTS National Stadium station.
- Take Exit 4 and follow the skywalk straight into MBK Center, 2nd Floor — you walk from the station into the mall without going down to street level.
- Once inside, take the central escalator up to the 5th Floor.
- On 5F, look for Zone F, Room B-5, near the top of the central escalator.
That's it. No street crossing, no stairs outside, no getting rained on.
Already inside MBK?
If you're already shopping in the mall, just find the central escalator and ride it up to the 5th Floor. The 5th floor is where a lot of the services and smaller shops are. Head to Zone F and look for Room B-5 near where the escalator lets you off.
If you get turned around, the floor is a loop — keep walking and you'll pass us. Or ask any staff for "Zone F."
By taxi or Grab
Any Bangkok driver knows MBK Center, so the mall name is usually enough. If you want to show the address in Thai, this is us:

The street address is 444 Phaya Thai Rd, Wang Mai, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330. Drop-off is at MBK Center; from the mall entrance, take the central escalator to the 5th floor as above.

A few practical notes
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, every day, including weekends and holidays.
- No booking needed. We're walk-in only. If we happen to be full, the wait is usually 0–15 minutes and we'll tell you straight away.
- Luggage is fine. If you're coming mid-shopping or straight from sightseeing, you can leave your bags with us during the session.
